Linzer Torte

Linzer pie is a dessert of Austrian origin and is known as one of the oldest pie recipes in the world. The thin, crispy dough usually contains raspberry or currant jam and the top is decorated with a lattice-shaped dough. Nuts such as almonds and hazelnuts also add flavor to the dough.
