Ingredients (Serves 4)
500 g ground beef (medium-fat)
1 onion
2 slices of stale bread (soaked and crumbled)
1 egg
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
Half a tea glass of water or 1 tbsp olive oil (for tenderness)
A pinch of finely chopped parsley (optional)
